recently a mate of mine tried to register,
it looked successful unitl he tried to log on to the site it said he didn't have any access due to not being activated or something like that. any help would be appreciated

He needs to have a valid email address to register and also click the link provided in that email
|

his email adress is valid also he told me that he never recieved the email so i was wandering if someone could either resend the email or delte his information from the site so he can re- register with the same email. adress

yeah nothing there either unfortunatly, he isn't fussed if he has to sign up again but he doesn't want to have to change email adresses to do so,
what i think has happened he registered and it went to his junk email folder and he left it to long and it has deleted itself
