mailbox full

Hello, stumbled across a bit of a prob and hoping for some help. I'm selling something in the for sale section and have received some interest from a member who wants to come and have a look. This is fine, but unfortunately I have no way of letting him know, as whenever I try to respond to their message, I get a message stating that their mailbox is full.

I really want to sell this item, so I am hoping there is some way to get a message to this member for me ( I have tried the email option as well), as he probably just thinks I haven't bothered to respond.
