jOnk.. its xp pro.. where would the files be unzipped to? ive got it sitting next to me, and i can plug it into my computer easily enough. Ive got plenty of plugs to share around!

That's the hard part ... finding where it got unzipped to. Plug the old drive back in, and do a search for "TI RNDIS Network Adapter" or just "RNDIS" or "adapter" anything. I had a look on the net and stuff came up for this card, so you really should be able to just dl it, which is better than using an older driver.
